Brook Crompton are one of the leading motor manufacturers in the UK, this Series 3000 single phase starter offers push button on and off, with overload protection. Overload protection gives extra safety by automatically stopping the fan when the full load current is exceeded, unlike fuse protection which is designed to protect life and usually blows when the fan has already failed. Overload protection can protect the fan from failure from such events as foreign bodies (such as a chef’s hat or paper towels jamming the fan blades

We would recommend this starter is used for Commercial or Industrial applications, it’s not usually used for domestic applications.

This standard starter has a full load range of 0.1 to 12 amps.

400MM FLEXIBLE CONNECTION

A Louvre Shutter is a gravity type shutter which can be used to terminate and weather extract systems. When the fan is running the plastic blades will open allowing the air to be extracted from the system, and when the fan is not running will be closed, this helps to prevent back draughts and water ingress

 

The shutter is commonly used to terminate systems where a plate mounted fan has been fitted internally, and used for extraction

 

Louvre shutters are usually either mounted to an external wall or at the end of a galvanised box to terminate an extract system

 

This Louvre shutter can only be used on EXTRACT systems, for SUPPLY systems please contact us direct, by any means you feel comfortable with and we will advise what should be used to suit your application

It can also be used to simplify installation by bridging any small gaps between sections of the installation, for example the gap between a fan and the ductwork

Anti Vibration Mounts (A.V. Mounts) attach to the bottom of Mounting Feet.

 

A.V. Mounts are used to isolate the fan from the system to prevent vibration transfer through fixings or structures.

 

A.V. Mounts can be used to isolate any products from the main system to prevent vibration transfer

 

The main uses we supply A.V. Mounts for are, Axial flow fans, Box fans, Centrifugal fans, in fact A.V. Mounts can be used with anything that causes vibration.

 

Please be aware A.V. Mounts have to be sized based on the weight of the load being isolated, if in doubt please check prior to making your purchase.
